We also champion English Honey Wine—an elegant, lightly sweet mead-style option that appeals to both wine lovers and those looking for something unique and locally inspired. It’s a great talking point at the bar and reflects our commitment to showcasing British craftsmanship.
We have recently introduced natural Greek wines to our wine list and these wines have been an instant success. We source these directly from the small Balatsouras Winery in the mountains surrounding Delphi in central Greece, which was once the centre of the ancient world and the home of the legendary Oracle. The wine is produced using only ancient and rare Greek grape varieties with traditional wine making methods which the winery have reproduced with the assistance of the Agricultural University of Athens and the Institutes of Wine and Vine based in Athens, under the aegis of the country's Ministry of Agriculture. From the beginning of the wine production process until the final product, there is no use of sulphites, chemicals, stabilisers or other additives which produces a truly natural wine with zero environmental impact just like the wines produced millennium ago. Each bottle on our list has been chosen not just for its quality, but for its ability to complement our menu and create memorable experiences.
We know that a great pub needs a wide selection of drinks for any time of the day, and we offer a full range of spirits, choices of vodka and gin including flavoured and premium ones, blended and single malt whiskeys, all kinds of rum, our classic and signature cocktails and we also stock traditional Greek spirits and liqueurs such as mastiha, ouzo, zivania, tsipouro.
We also offer a large selection of champagnes and beers (bottled and draught) as well as alcohol- free varieties plus a wide selection of beverages.
